Zettarack

Three appliances for the homelab: a hypervisor, a storage server and a network appliance. Built on OpenZFS, each useful on its own and made to work together.

In development. Nothing has been released and there is nothing to download yet.

Hypervisor

Virtual machines and microVMs from golden images. A new machine is a clone, not a copy. Command: vmx.

Storage

Pools, datasets, shares, snapshots and replication, with backups for the hypervisor. Command: zxp.

Network

A WireGuard mesh between your machines and sites, and one view of the whole estate. Command: wgx.

Bootmass

Boot metal as a service. Arm a machine and it installs itself over the network, with ZFS on root.

Zettarack will be free and open source under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. The source is not published yet.
